1.1. Students must complete 100% of all learning materials.

1.2. All section quizzes and final exams must be passed.

1.3. All timestamps follow the Eastern Time Zone (EST).

1.4. Incomplete courses result in no certification—no probation or partial credit allowed.

2.1. Unique username and password are mandatory.

2.2. Digital signature is required upon course completion.

2.3. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

3.1. Must be applied at checkout—not valid after purchase.

3.2. Cannot be combined with any other promotional offers.

14.2. Students release Blue Sky Online Real Estate School LLC from liability for any injuries during training or platform use.

23.1. Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, your enrollment, or use of our services shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

23.2. Individual Disputes Only: You agree that disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and not as part of any class or representative action.

23.3. Arbitration Process: The arbitration will be conducted in Virginia, and Virginia law will govern these Terms of Service. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

23.4. Exceptions: This arbitration clause does not apply to disputes involving intellectual property rights or requests for injunctive relief.

23.5. 30-Day Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to blueskyonlinerealestateschool@gmail.com within 30 days of enrollment.

24.1. If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms.

24.2. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be interpreted to give effect to the parties' intentions.

24.3. If any invalid provision would be valid if some part of it were deleted, the provision shall apply with such minimum modification as may be necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
